1. How far is the hotel from the airport?
Located in the centre of the city, right on Avenida da Liberdade, the Hotel Tivoli Lisboa is 8 Km from Lisbon Airport.
 
2. What are the checking in and checking out times?
We guarantee that your room will be ready at 13.00 and we request that you leave your room by 12.00. It may be possible to check in earlier or leave later, depending on availability, and an extra fee may also be charged.
3. What is your cancellation policy?
For cancellations made 24 hours or less before check in and for no-shows, the reservation will be subject to a debit of a one night penalty on the credit card provided.
 
4. How many rooms does the hotel have? And what type are they?
The Hotel has 306 rooms:  1 Presidential Suite, 1 Diplomatic Suite, 4 Executive Suites, 9 Suites, 23 Tivoli Rooms, 10 Junior Suites, 59 Collection Rooms (4 with twin beds / 55 with King Size beds), 55 Deluxe Rooms (29 with twin beds / 26 with double beds), 39 Superior Rooms (36 with twin beds / 3 with double beds) and 105 Standard Rooms (30 with twin beds / 75 with double beds).
 
5. Does the hotel have Internet in the rooms?
Yes, there is Internet access in rooms and WI-FI is also available in public areas.  This service is charged extra.
 
6. Does the hotel have a Business Center?
Yes, the Hotel Tivoli Lisboa has a modern and recently renovated Business Center with several computers available for guests 24 hours a day. Use of the computers is free. The Business Center also provides a wide range of services, for example:  Photocopies (colour and black and white), printing (colour and black and white), fax and outside calls, CD and DVD burning, and there is also a bar service.  It is equipped with LCD TV and several encyclopaedias and reference books are available for consultation.
 
7. Does the hotel have a swimming pool or gymnasium?
There is a heated outdoor swimming pool in the gardens of the Hotel Tivoli Lisboa. Inside the hotel we also have a Fitness Center open 24 hours a day. Both services are free for guests.
 
8. Is there a Presidential Suite at the Hotel Tivoli Lisboa?
Yes, we have a Presidential Suite on the 7th floor of the hotel overlooking Avenida da Liberdade. The suite is 250m2 of luxury and exclusivity. It consists of a bedroom, a dressing room, fully equipped bathroom, a kitchenette and a living area with a space for dining. The bedroom has our famous T-Bed, 42” LCD TV. The spacious living room is furnished with furniture from the Espírito Santo Foundation and paintings by the modernist painter Milly Possoz. It is ideal for private meetings and dinners. Mixing classical and contemporary styles, the suite has a large plasma TV in the living area with Dolby Surround Sound and there are a further three LCD screens embedded in mirrors in the bathroom. In the kitchen, a Nespresso coffee machine is also at hand. Lighting in the large dressing room is natural. The luxury bathroom is equipped with a T-Bath with hydro-massage and our exclusive T-Shower.
The suite also has access to an adjoining room if required, allowing full flexibility of spaces.
9. Do the rooms have a safe?
All rooms are equipped with an automatic safe.  The hotel also has safes available for guests at Reception.
 
10. Is there a garage at the Hotel Tivoli Lisboa?
Yes, the hotel has a garage available for guests which is staffed by a security team. It also has valet parking and car wash services. These services are charged extra.

Terraço Restaurant – Luxury gourmet restaurant with a superb panoramic view over the city of Lisbon including St. Jorge’s Castle and the River Tagus.
Open from 12.30 to 15.00 and 19.30 to 23.00. The restaurant also has a cellar with over 300 different wines. Seating for 80 people.
 
12. Is it possible to eat at any time at the hotel?
The hotel Tivoli Lisboa has 24 hour Room Service and the Tivoli Caffé is open from 09.00 to 01.00 serving light meals.
Bar Tivoli Caffé – A very stylish bar which was recently fully renovated. It is located within the famous Tivoli Lobby meaning it has ample space and natural light. It also serves excellent cocktails.
 
13. Is it possible to hold conferences and meetings at the hotel?
The Hotel Tivoli Lisboa has 5 meeting rooms and 2 break out rooms which can hold up to 250 people. We have a professional and highly experienced team capable of dealing with any requirement.
 
14. Does the hotel provide transfers to / from the airport or sightseeing trips?
The Hotel Tivoli Lisboa has an agreement with a company providing luxury transport for private transfers and private sightseeing trips. We also have an “Experience” team at your disposal with suggestions for numerous activities which will make your stay with us not only outstanding but memorable. These services are charged extra.
